Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Ari & Elle, you may be entitled to a full refund of your purchase price, subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

Standard Policy (exclusions apply)

If a Gift Box purchase consisting solely of shelf-stable/non-perishable items is returned to us within 30 days of delivery, we will issue you a full refund within 10 business days of receipt of return with prepaid shipping fees and at no additional cost to you. Returns must be complete (items should not be missing), unopened, in the condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Boxes with any opened items cannot be returned. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval at our discretion.


Consumable/Perishable Goods

Consumable/Perishable items such as chocolates, ice cream syrups, macarons, beef jerky, candies and similar products cannot be resold after they are sent back to us.  Therefore, if a Gift Box contains any consumable or perishable items, we cannot accept a return of that Gift Box, except where such product arrives damaged or is non-conforming.  If a consumable or perishable item arrives damaged or is non-conforming, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence satisfactory to Ari & Elle and we would be happy to send you a replacement within 10 business days.  Please properly dispose of perishable items and do not send them to us in the mail.



All flowers purchased on Ari & Elle are packaged and shipped by a third party vendor. Hence all refunds and exchanges will be subject to the return policy of such third party vendor.


Return Policy for Personalized Gift Boxes

Personalized Gift Boxes cannot be returned for reasons other than due to damaged products.


Return Policy for Damaged Products

If a Gift Box is delivered with damaged or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We would be happy to send you a replacement within 10 business days of notifying us.


Return Policy for Delivery Errors

Please note that we shall not be held responsible for delivery address errors that cause delayed arrival/spoilage or incorrect handling/storage of the product after delivery.  If a Gift Box that contains any perishable items is returned to us marked as “undeliverable” we cannot offer a refund. 


Cancelled Orders

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.  If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.


Substitution Policy

For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in our product.


Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items that are on sale or subject to a special promotion cannot be refunded.


Holiday Returns

For the convenience of our customers, Gift Boxes purchased over the holidays between November 15th and December 25th will be allowed an extended return period of up to 12 business days.


Lost Returns

Ari & Elle shall neither be held responsible nor issue any refunds for any lost returns.


Shipping Labels

Gift Boxes shipped to a U.S. address can be easily returned by mail by following the return procedures described below.  Items shipped outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.


If you email us with a return request, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package, make a note of the tracking number, and leave the package with UPS (or other carrier whose prepaid return label was provided).  Shipping charges are prepaid and no additional postage is required.  This service is only available within the continental U.S.


We will process your return and issue a refund within 10 business days of receipt of notification.  Additional delays may occur.  We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
